With the underrepresented measures taken by the UK government to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have unfortunately had end face to face consultations.
We’re now pleased to offer Phone and Video consultations. Our preferred platform is zoom but we can use other methods to suit your needs.
We believe that these offer an excellent opportunity to not leave you isolated and worried about your condition. To be able to offer you reassurance and guidance on how to best manage your condition and we believe that your be amazed by what we can achieve.
These will be conducted within CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists) guidelines and be between you and a Chartered Physiotherapist only. Notes will be taken as per your usual consultations but no recording will be made. Once a request is made, a member of the physiotherapy team will contact you to arrange a suitable time. If you prefer a specific member of our team feel free to specify and they’ll get in contact.
On the day: you’ll receive an invite (zoom) or a phone call / face time from a member of our team. Please be suitably attired as we’re going to need you to move around and demonstrate. This should give us a list of problems / issues and we should then be able to develop your action / rehabilitation plan.
Insurance Companies
AXA/PPP And BUPA: We have been informed will cover virtual consultations.
Other Providers: If you will be claiming through another insurance provider please contact them beforehand to confirm that they will cover the cost.
